People’s Tribunal Starting November 12th, 2023

November 12 2023 at 8pm, is the kick-off date for The Merchants of Death War Crimes Tribunal, which will hold accountable U.S. weapons manufacturers who knowingly commit Crimes Against Humanity by violating U.S. Federal criminal laws. These manufacturers – Lockheed Martin, Raytheon, Boeing and General Atomics – generate billions of dollars in profits by manufacturing products which attack and kill not only combatants but non-combatants also.
Each year the U.S. war industry is responsible for innumerable deadly attacks in countries such as Iraq, Afghanistan, Syria, Libya, Somalia, Yemen and Sudan since 9/11. This Tribunal is holding the four manufacturers publicly accountable as private actors for enabling war crimes and for promoting militarism and war.
The Tribunal will hear direct testimony and evidence from victims of war crimes, military and weapons analysts, legal authorities, journalists, moral philosophers and theologians, and a jury composed of experts will render a verdict.
The testimonies will be video-recorded and presented to the Tribunal and to a world-wide audience through ½ hour segments which will invite public comments. The opening and closing sessions of the Tribunal will be live-streamed.

These manufacturers – Lockheed Martin, Raytheon, Boeing and General Atomics – generate billions of dollars in profits each year through their involvement in the United States war industry that has enabled many deadly attacks in Iraq, Afghanistan, Syria, Libya, Somalia, Yemen and Sudan since 9/11. For this reason, these weapons manufacturers are known as The Merchants of Death. Their mission statement? War begets profit.
In the past twenty years, more than $8 trillion in U.S. taxpayer money has been given to U.S. defense contractors. These defense contractors create weapons that enable suffering around the globe. These manufacturers may knowingly be committing Crimes Against Humanity as well as violating U.S. Federal criminal laws by
manufacturing and profiting from products which attack and kill not only combatants but non-combatants also.
