Description
Kris Waldron's handcrafted work is inspired by the inherent movement of various metals and the unique character of stones and rocks. She makes jewelry and accessories for men and women, typically using fine & sterling silvers, bronze, copper, brass, gold (keum bo technique), and other metals such as titanium. In addition to using traditional fabrication techniques such as sawing, filing, hammering, soldering, forging, and fold-forming and also creates work using precious and base metal clays. I often combine traditional metal smithing and metal clay techniques, and often incorporate pearls and semiprecious gemstones into my designs.
