Description
Holly Ivy Arts utilizes copper and several forms of glass (powdered, millefiore, threads, stones and chips) which are then kiln fired at 1500 degrees to create a variety of art forms. From wall art, decor (trinket and jewlery boxes, trinket dishes), furniture, planters/incense & candle burners as well as wearable art in the form of earrings, necklaces, bracelets and pins, each piece is one-of-a-kind and hand made from start to finish. Powdered glass is first tapped through a mesh screen onto copper, which can have glass stones, threads, chips and millefiore added. Then, each piece is fired for 2-5 minutes in a kiln before it is cooled and fashioned into its final form.
