Reforming the Energy Vision (REV) is a major overhaul of the state's energy policy led by Govenor Cuomo and the New York Public Service Commission. The public comment period on REV is still open, and this is your chance to speak your energy vision for your household, your business, your community, and your state.

Join us in calling on the Public Service Commission and Governor Cuomo to "Make REV R.E.A.L. - Renewable, Equitable, Accountable and Local."

Together, we are calling for clear clean energy goals, focused on real renewable energy and energy efficiency, not false solutions like natural gas and nuclear power. We are demanding that all New Yorkers have the opportunity to benefit from energy efficiency and renewables, and that the state dedicate funding for clean energy development to the communities that need it most. We are standing up for consumer protections and a seat at the table in making energy decisions that affect our lives. We are calling for green jobs in our local communities, and expressing our desire for local and community ownership models that will best benefit our neighborhoods.

This event is sponsored by Alliance for a Green Economy (SPC is a member group). You can learn more about REV on http://www.allianceforagreeneconomy.org/REVcomment
