Why Donate to the Peace Council?

SPC is funded by the contributions of supporters like you – whether you donate monthly or a couple times a year, $100 or $10, you’ll be in the good company of hundreds of Central New Yorkers who believe that peace and justice are worth working for.  The weapons manufacturers seem to have an endless line on federal funding – which is why we are reaching out to you to help make sure SPC has the funds needed to maintain a robust level of activism.

We depend overwhelmingly on the generosity of individual supporters to fund our work. Contributions come in all sizes—$10 to $1,000. If you prefer not to donate online, you can send a check to:

Tax-deductible checks can be made out to Peace Action Fund of New York State and sent to us at the address above.

We particularly appreciate the monthly and quarterly pledges made by over 70 people who recognize that stable funding is crucial to an organization such as the Peace Council. If you are a members of the Syracuse Cooperative Federal Credit Union, you can ask a teller to help you set up a recurring donation through an automatic withdrawal.
