     CNY Solidarity Coalition is a grassroots coalition of organizations and individuals committed to protecting all Central New Yorkers from the dangers of the Trump-Pence-Ryan administration’s policies, appointees, and rhetoric. They are working on a variety of issues at the local, regional, state and federal levels. Their primary issues of cocern revolve around preserving democracy, healthcare, immigrant rights, refugee rights, education, the environment and countering Islamophobia. The Syracuse Peace Council is a member organization of the CNY Solidarity Colalition.

Coordinated by the Syracuse Peace Council, it includes people active in the local Methodist Task Force for Middle East Peace, the Islamic Society of Central New York, Al Huda Muslim American Society Mosque and Syracuse Jews for Peace.
